Legs of Steel Burner - This sweetspot focused session starts with a long sweetspot interval with power increases to FTP score and 105 percent of FTP to build endurance and stamina. The training session will finish with short anaerobic power intervals.

Power Performer - This climbing focused session will start with sweetspot intervals, before moving into some staircase climbs to improve your climbing strength and stamina.
