Each session is lead by an experienced British Cycling coach (and competitive racer), providing live feedback on your performance and giving you valuable insights and ways to improve in real time.

INTERVAL DATA

 We use training software that allows you to monitor your real time power or power to weight data during timed intervals within a session. This enables you to accurately track your progress by setting precise training benchmarks to maintain and improve upon.

Our 4 week Race Optimisation Programmes for Zwift Riders are designed to help:
 
 1. ) existing racers improve common weaknesses experienced in Zwift racing 

OR
2. ) those looking to race on Zwift for the first time

We will be running 2 separate LIVE remote group programmes to account for different types of riders, but both will have the overall goal of helping you line up for season 3 of the Zwift Racing League, full of confidence and ready to perform and compete at your best.

Our live and progressive coach led training sessions will address key areas to improve race sharpness, top end power and your ability to push through. We will also build on your muscular endurance, anaerobic strength, threshold stamina and more so you become a stronger, faster cyclist.

THE LIGHTWEIGHT RIDER
A lighter weight rider, who loves the longer climbs, aka
the 'Mountain Goat'.

Does thIS resonate with you? 

- Do you struggle to put big watts down for 3 mins at the start of the race?

- Find it difficult holding high watts for short periods?

-  Struggle riding at FTP (Plus some at times) for the entire race duration?

THE HEAVY HITTER
 A heavy hitter who loves big power and the flats/ sprints, aka 
the 'Diesel Engine'.
