RideLondon Training Plan
Duration: 8 Weeks

Suitable For: All riders preparing for the RideLondon-Essex Sportive (30, 60 and 100 mile routes)
This plan is perfect to prepare you for the iconic RideLondon-Essex Sportive regardless of whether you are doing the 30, 60 or 100 mile route.
This plan has been designed to improve your cycling fitness and FTP score and will focus on increasing your threshold power and muscular endurance.
Suitable for all levels of riders interested in improving their power, speed and stamina ready for the Ride London Sportive. So if you:
- Struggle to keep up with the group on the flats and/or rolling sections
- Always feel totally spent towards the end of a long ride
- Feel your fitness has taken a dip and need to work towards completing longer distances
- Worried you are not going to be able to finish the RideLondon sportive
- Have a specific time in mind to complete RideLondon but need help achieving it
